Follow
US Hwy 2 to 70/101 on the west side
of Florence. Starting Point is at the BP Food Shop. The entrance is off the
south side of US Hwy 2. |

| Description: |
The walk
covers historic buildings along with the natural beauty of the area. It covers
both the town, Fisher Lake, and a nature interpretive trail at a very nice DNR
office, worth the visit. It is on a combination of sidewalks, town roads, and a
groomed trail. The walk is generally flat with some minor rises. Water and
restrooms or outhouses are spaced along the trail. |
