Start Point:

The Start/Finish will be set up at the Riverland Conservancy Education Shed  at S6888 Hwy 113, Merrimac, WI. 

Hours:
Start between 8:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m.  Finished by 3:00 p.m.

10K & 5K
Rating:
2 (Scale 1 to 5 with 5 being the most difficult.)

Directions:

From Madison via I-90-94:  Go west to Hwy 78 South.  Follow Hwy 78 South thru Merrimac to Hwy 113 North.  Follow AVA signs to event parking.

 From Madison via Hwy 12:  Go north on Hwy 12 to Sauk City.  Turn right onto Hwy 78 North.  Follow 78 North to Hwy 113 North.  Turn left and follow AVA signs to event parking.

 

 

Parking:
Ample  parking is available.
Description:

The walk will be entirely on Riverland Conservancy property, including a newly completed interpretative trail, making the walk both scenic and educational.  The trail will include farm fields, marshy areas and the Ice Age Trail. It will also follow along the newly restored Class A Manley Creek trout stream.

Award:
There will be no award for this event. 
Registration: There will be no pre-registration.

Leashed pets are allowed on this walk.

Water and facilities are available at the start/finish.
