From Madison take US-18/151 toward Verona. At Exit 77 in Verona take WI-69
south. Continue on WI-69 about 32 miles. Where WI-69 turns right to merge with
WI-11, continue straight into Monroe. Turn right at Mansion Drive (first street
after WI-11). Turn left at 14th Avenue. Turn right at Park Drive into Twining
Park. Look for signs and the AVA banner. |

| Description: |
Begins in city park, following
path/trail to city downtown to meander through the every other year celebration
in Cheese City USA. While in the City walkers pass several homes on the National
Register of Historic Places. The celebration will slow a walker's pace, but the
sights, sounds and tastes are worth the slower pace.
