Directions:

 From
US 12 (West Beltline Highway) take Midvale
Blvd.
Exit north. Proceed one block north to Nakoma
Road intersection. Turn right and proceed on Nakoma Rd. for about 1.25 miles.
Stay on Nakoma as it curves right and becomes Monroe Street. Proceed on Monroe
Street 9 blocks to Knickerbocker Street. Turn right on Knickerbocker and right
again into Bluephies parking lot. |

| Description: |
This is a beautiful, scenic walk around Lake Wingra,
passing a former stagecoach inn, through the 1,260 acre University of Wisconsin
Arboretum, past Madison's Henry Vilas Zoo (free admission), and past Edgewood
College. A wonderful walk with something for the entire family. |
