From I-39/90 take Exit
175A (E Racine Street). Proceed west one mile on E Racine Street to second
stop light.Stop-N-Go is on the left at corner of Racine and Randall
Avenue. |

| Description: |
The trail is on
paved city streets, sidewalks, and graveled/paved paths. The walk will take you
through the downtown area, crossing the Rock River, past historic residences,
the Rock County Courthouse, the beautiful Rotary Gardens, and the church site
where Abraham Lincoln attended services and the site of a 1960 John F. Kennedy
campaign stop. A portion of the route is on an abandoned rail bed. Route also
passes by the site where a band of Sauk and Fox Indians. led by Blackhawk,
camped during the Blackhawk War. |

Rotary Gardens charges an admission fee. The
route does not require you to enter the main gardens. Route passes through the
"Entrance Garden" and several plantings in and around the parking area. |
